Prices
All our prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude postage and packaging fees. The cost of our ingredients and packaging material vary and we therefore reserve the right to change our product prices without prior notice. This does not apply to orders already placed and paid in full.
Conditions of Sale
By purchasing this product, you agree to purchase as a consumer and not for resale. The company reserves the right to refuse sale.
Payment
We accept online payment by credit or debit cards using a secured encrypted payment gateway powered by Stripe.
Postage & Packaging
Postage will be charged as stated on the website, unless otherwise arranged with the customer. We reserve the right to change and amend our postage prices and/or methods of shipping.
Current postage and packaging rates:
For orders of 1–4 jars: £5.50 Shipping – DPD Courier
Undelivered / Returned Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the delivery address is entered in full and that the address is complete and the postcode is correct at the time the order is placed. When the delivery address is a company address, the company name must also be entered along with the name of the recipient.
If your products are returned back to us either by Royal Mail or any other delivery company we may use, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred for the shipping of your parcel.
Dispatch of Orders
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 full working day via DPD. Trinity Ointment® does take a considerable amount of time to produce by hand however, and it may take longer than 1 working day to fill orders and dispatch them to the customer.
Returns Policy
If you change your mind and wish to return a product, you must notify us of your intention within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to hygiene reasons returned products will only be accepted if they are in their original, unopened state. All return costs will be the customer's responsibility, unless you are returning a faulty product. We do not accept returns outwith your statutory rights.
Damaged / Incorrect Goods
We must be notified of incorrect, missing or damaged goods within 3 days of receipt. We accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit, though it is at our discretion that we may send you a replacement.
Suitability of Purpose
We do not accept responsibility for misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion. We do not accept responsibility for damage or defect of goods arising from incorrect storage or incorrect use by the customer. We accept no liability for loss, or damage/damages arising from use of our products outwith the recommendations. We accept no liability for loss or consequential damage arising from the goods supplied.
Product Storage
All products are checked carefully before dispatch to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for deterioration of the products due to the customer's incorrect storage i.e. exposure to direct sunlight, frost, humidity or heat etc.
Privacy & Data Protection
The privacy and security of your personal information is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will never disclose your personal details to anybody. We use the information you provide to complete orders, keep you informed of the progress of your order and to send you further information. If you register your email with us for our newsletter or for new product updates, your email address will never be passed on to third parties.
What data we collect: When you place an order or contact us via the website form, we collect your name, email address, delivery address, and order details. We collect only the information necessary to process your order or respond to your enquiry.
How we use it: Your data is used solely to fulfil your order, respond to your enquiry, and communicate with you about the progress of your order. We do not use your data for any other commercial purpose.
Retention: Order and contact information is retained for up to 7 years in line with HMRC record-keeping requirements, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights: Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at trinityointment@gmail.com.
Data processor: Contact form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc. as our data processor. Netlify operates in accordance with GDPR. Form submission data is held in the Netlify dashboard and is reviewed and cleared periodically.
Cookies: This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics. No cookie consent is required.
